30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. If you purchased a product directly with Hana Pain Away, you can return it to us within 30 days and you will receive a refund, less a 15% restocking fee (excluding shipping & handling) if you are not satisfied.

Any product returned to Hana Pain Away must be pre-authorized by Hana Pain Away with a RMA number before returning any product. 

When returning the item, please include the following:

  • machine and supplies
  • copy of your receipt
  • RMA number written on the box
  • Name, mailing address, phone number

 

Warranty

Hana Pain Away guarantees its products free from workmanship and material defects for a 1-year period (starting from the date of purchase). Warranty does not cover units that have been damaged by misuse, accidents, abuse, the attachment of unauthorized devices, or any other conditions beyond the control of Hana Pain Away.

If your unit is damaged or defective, please contact us at admin@hanafitness.com and leave your full name, model number, and description of what is wrong with the product. Customer Support will email you back with an RMA number.
